We're here for you. You can make an appointment by phone or online. We are running free group therapy sessions at our hubs in Stevenage, St Albans and Watford or via Zoom.

We're taking referrals from residents of Hertfordshire, so take your first step towards recovery with us today. For general enquiries, please use our enquiry form. Our staff will respond within 3 working days.

General Donation

In 2021, we are aiming to raise £20,000 in our general appeal. This represents the cost of successfully treating eight clients at our main counselling group.
